#10 – Skipping Breakfast
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Mornings are the time when your body is ready to fuel up and get ready for a long day. So when you skip food, you also skip high energy levels, better mood, and optimal health. According to studies, kids who eat breakfast on a regular basis perform much better at school, particularly in sciences, than those who skip the meal.
When you skip breakfast, your blood glucose levels decrease, which has a negative impact on brain functioning. Over time, this bad habit can cause serious harm to this vital organ.
