#7 – Put a bottle of water on your desk
Dehydration is a huge issue that most people suffer from it, but they are not even aware that they do. So in order to follow a healthy lifestyle, it is a must to cut coffee, tea, and any carbonated drink from your list, and add water.
It is a necessity to keep a bottle of water with you wherever you go, and it is more important to have one on your desk. It is the perfect way to drink more during your day. If you still forget, you can set a reminder or an alarm to remind you every hour.
#8 – Eat nuts
Pick any nuts you like, and eat 50 g of them every day. They are rich in omega-3 and fatty acids that can strengthen our hair, nails, and the cardiovascular system.
Plus, they contain antioxidants, selenium, Plant sterols (decreases the level of harmful cholesterol), vitamin E, calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, and zinc. In conclusion, they are the perfect snacks that will fuel your body with all the nutrients and vitamins.
#9 – Wear socks every night
In winter, socks are the perfect wear for staying warm all night, but in summer, it may be a little hard, and that’s why we have cotton socks. After a long day at work, take a long and warm shower before bed, apply coconut oil with a few drops of mint oil to your feet, massage them well, and then put on the socks.
You will wake up to smooth and soft feet every day. Your heels will say goodbye to rough skin also after only one month.
#10 – Read every day
The fact that we grew up not knowing the benefits of reading is sad, but it is never too late to change our habits because the health of our brain is as important as our bodies’.
